Jamie and Gordon wed on a beautiful, sunny day on May 9, 2015 at her family's old farm property in Miccosukee, Fl. As I photographed their day I saw there were so many touches throughout the day that made it special for them, and I could see that everyone there was close to Jamie and Gordon's heart. One of the best ideas ever included having each of their grandmothers serve as flower girls. Jamie also had a patchwork, dutch girl made out of her grandmothers and grandfathers clothing, sewn into her Pronovias lace gown. The ceremony was held by the pond, which added a sense of tranquilty, all you could hear during the ceremony and the rest of the evening was bullfrogs croaking, jazz music, and laughter. It was a wonderful day.
Jamie bought a Pronovias lace mermaid gown from Vocelles Bridal Shoppe in Tallahassee, fl.
The flowers were created by Sandra Jones.
Gordon found Jamie's ring at the Gem Collection in Tallahassee, fl.
Sandy Stone of Sandy's Sweets provided the wedding cake,...she makes the best cakes!
Jamie's hair was styled by Alison Earnshaw and make-up by Randi Buchanan.
Tents were provided by In Tents Events, and some amazing food catered by The Seineyard. (I died for a minute when I found out they had fried oysters.) Jazz music provided by the Zach Bartholemew Jazz Trio.
The little ones warmed up the dance floor for everyone.
Jaime and Gordon are now enjoying the Amalfi coast in Italy. Congratulations on your beautiful day!
